[Killietalk] Golden killies

We have two males, three female Aplocheilus Lineatus.
We had some terrible algae blooms that I associated to very high
bioload.
Dropping more than half of the fish load of the aquarium plus an
addition of
many new plants seems to have sparked the interest of my killies in
mating.
I'm not an expert in the breeding habits of this species, I could only
guess
that the coupling and resulting behavior is typical mating for this
species,
(they swim along the bottom very slowly then start undulating together),
I
have yet to see any egg deposits. but they keep trying. So if anyone has
advice I would like to hear it.
My tank is a 50gl, with only a few species of tetras and some Cory cats
and
clown loaches, but no aggressive fish of any kind. There is much room,
many
plants and caves and hiding places if any fish should need to be
reclusive
or stake a territory.; thank you for your advice and time with this
matter ,
