[Killietalk] convention 04 deadlines

Happy May killi-folks,

This is just a reminder that the deadlines for convention registration
are upon us.

The deadline for convention registration is May 10th.

The deadline for room registration with the hotel is TODAY, May 3rd. The
reduced room rates are NOT guaranteed beyond today's date and the
unbooked rooms will be released for other potential hotel guests
starting tomorrow.

I have spoken with dozens of AKA members on the phone the past few weeks
who have told me that they are still planning on registering. Now is the
time to get it done.

open and convenient. 

Please remind your non-computer connected friends of the deadlines since
the BNL reminder may not be in their hands prior to the deadlines.
