Re: [Killietalk] A reminder why we keep killies

Have others noticed that, that different chromaphyosemions (and other
killies I'm sure) tend to be bigger or smaller depending on species?
Maybe it's just my poor killi husbandry :-(

ROTFL! :-) :-)

Yes, I too have sometimes blamed my neglect of water changes for the smaller size of some of my fish.

Actually, I (and you) know better, as we have judged enough shows to know that each species *should* be judged against what is typical for that species, only. In practice, "colorful" and "big" do seem to have a way of beating "typical" and "good." :-)

I wish judges would review the manual, once in a while. [I actually even read all of it, once. :-)]

I agree that the SPP Penda Mboko is beautiful, and wish I had some! I *was* planning to raise BIV Funge, but would switch in an instant if they turned up.

"Outsourcing" is condemned for sending a few American jobs overseas.
What is the appeal, then, of "outsourcing" our entire national security?
[The exact same politicians are insisting that it be handled only by the
UN, and never by our own resources.] -- WH
