You pretty well have it all summed up right! But let me add that if the
young fella would go to a 55 gal.He could have neons if he bought the adults
and introduce they at the same time that he put the angels in the 55.He
would also need more than just two as neons are much more happy in a school.
It is very pretty to see the neons swimming in a group.
