Re: [Killietalk] Bitaeniatum questions
I have the A.bit. "Benin City" and they have produced well even in my hard
water. I checked my mop every 3-4 days and got good egg production. However, I
got so many fry just popping up in the tank that I took the mop out. I now
have more bits than I know what to do with. My second generation are good
producers too. Give the fish some time and good food, and if they are old enough
they will lay eggs. Also, I only water incubated them. I have never had much
success with peat incubation.
