Hi all--

Edd (and others that are wondering): the item I'm making is a handspun 50%
Bombyx silk/50% Merino wool knitted lace shawl--probably about 4' by 4' when
finished. The yarn is spun, just have to design and knit it. I will have to
see if I can come up with a reasonable "fishy" pattern to knit into either
the center or the borders. Oh, and it will have "AKA 2004" or some such knit
into an edge....Trust me on this, this will be an incredible piece, and
might even save you from "wifely wrath" if you spend $150 on a pair of fish
(vbg).
