I am not sure how hardy the Aphanius mento is. The one that was 
mentioned at last years convention in one of the speakers programs was 
the Aphanius anatoliae.
So I have been looking for them in particular unless someone can verify 
to the hardiness of Aphanius mento or other  species of Aphanius. I 
attended the Michiana show and there were some Aphanius mento in the box 
sales but I did not buy them for that reason.  I may have to wait for 
this years convention for my next chance. I will be driving out for the 
convention and am looking forward to it. It should be really nice in 
such a beautiful location.
