RE: [Killietalk] Nothos

RJ,
Thanks for all that information. I will hold some eggs for you from
Rachovii MZ 99.
I have a question. We had a killie meeting yesterday and one member said
that if you do select breeding, i.e. divide the pair with a clear piece of
glass, that sometime the female will drop her eggs just by watching the
male on the other side of the glass. Is this true? To prevent this from
happening, I can buy frosted glass to divide the pair.
I breed the fish best and get a large amount of eggs when I separate males
from females.
Another question:
If I breed the pair in fine white sand, and collect the eggs, can I
store the eggs dry whichout peat in a clear plastic container? Or must
the eggs have some moisture in the contaner? I can wait for the time
when the eggs are ripe for hatching and then I can hatched them in
     peat tea. Would this work?
     Sincerely,
Bro. Paul
