Al, wouldn't it be easier to clean up and finish the edges before
welding, than to handle a completed tank? If you do 'polish' the edges,
what do you use? I have a Hang-On-Tank (HOT?) 'over-flow box' in my
project list since not all my tanks are pre-drilled for bulk-heads.

Ken, do you have a link to these 'flexible channels'? Are these made
from aluminium or acrylic? I would like to try something different for
a 15gal tank that need partitioning (read; HELP!! I'm running out of
tank space!).

To send water up the air-lift tube, then travel through another tube
across the tank, would require a fair of air-power! What pump are you
using... linear?
