One of the major brands of acrylic glue generally used for aquarium design is Weld-On 40 made by IPS. Website is here: http://www.ipscorp.com/ind_html/index.shtml   
Do a search for weld-on 40 to find on-line suppliers. For instance, Ridout Plastics carries it here:  http://www.ridoutplastics.com/adandcem.html I think weld-on 10 is thicker and can be used for non perfect joints, but I am not 100% certain of that.  HTH, Ron
