Up here in the eastern US,  F&WL is as close to Tobacco and Fire Arms
(Legalized Mafia) as they come.  Your email is the first I ever saw that
made the orginization look like a reasonable govt dept (Is that an
oxymoron??).  Latest I heard is that more then 6 fish i.e., 3 prs of fish)
is classified as a commercial shipment.  $50 for the inspection plus $150?
for a permit, endangered species list paperwork on hand or not(whatever the
form you fill out is called?) .  That is if they are at the border crossing
(Canada).  Otherwise you have to wait (and pay) for their travel, a few days
or otherwise.  Here there is more mystery to what is legal and what is not,
and the rules are made on the spot.
