[Killietalk] breeding annual killies
Those of you who keep and breed annuals what do you mostly feed your fish -
live or prepared foods?
Can white worms, 2 inch earth worms be kept and bred in a container as
small as a shoe box and at a temperature that doesn't exceed 70 degrees? I
have some Rachovia which I have been feeding only live brine shrimp and
they have grown up now, but to keep more annuals, I think, that I would
need to have other "live, or prepared" foods because feeding exclusively on
live brine gets to be quite expensive.
I would like to know if "prepared foods" will get the annuals to breed
about as good as live foods would if the fish would be weaned from live
brine at an early age? Does anyone have any experience in this regard?
Sincerely,
Bro. Paul
