Re: [Killietalk] Cloromine (sic)

I use cloram-x. It has been granted FDA approval for use on food fish for human consumption. I figure that must be a good sign. I have a 5 lb. pail that I bought from Jehmco that should just about last forever.

Any reason to stay away from cloram-x? I've been using it for quite some time with no ill effects. I have been known to add tap to my tanks a few minutes after treatment. Well there is my $0.02. The first two are always free.

Wright, do you have a sugestion for a dechlorinator? Aside from your carbon
filter? I have been using a product called Aqua-Plus without any noticible
loss in flora in my tanks. Just curious
