I don't use a pump, I use the house water supply pressure, with a pressure 
regulator to limit it at 25 psig. At that pressure, they are fine. So, it 
depends in the pressure your pump will develop. If the pump is too much perhaps you 
can use the same sort of pressure regulator that I use, which is designed for 
drip irrigation systems.
