[Killietalk] Siphon

Does anyone out there know of a source for a self starting siphon that I can use in an automatic water changing system for my fish room. I am slowly changing my tank water over to tap and if I can find a siphon that is dependable then I can start building my new system and no I will not drill the tanks for a bulkhead fitting, they are too old for that and the fittings are expensive.
