[Killietalk] do watched eggs ever hatch?

I just setup a small hatching tank for my notho eggs, and last night added 2 inches of water, and my aged peat&eggs.  This a.m. I saw plenty of wiggling microworms, but nothing moving like a tiny fish.  How long after wetting might I expect to wait before seeing fry, assuming they were appropriately developed and conditions were favorable for their emergence?

Just getting a bit anxious, since these are the first killie eggs I've hatched.....
