[Killietalk] scared eggs...

Hi,
I was substitute teaching this morning in a science lab, and I noticed
an article on the wall. It referred to a study of tree frog eggs
hatching ahead of schedule when predated (literally hatching while being
eating, with young visibly hopping out of the mouths of snakes), and
salamander eggs hatching more slowly in the prescence of chemicals
released by their predator, sunfish.

Has anyone ever seen similar studies on fishes? Should I dress as a
sushi chef and hover over my uncooperative Diapteron eggs?
