Harry and all--

I think there was a typo--the response to the 2002 survey was 115 (sorry,
not a good typist).  Survey response is definitely up this year. Am still
printing and counting responses, but the stack of responses (both electronic
and paper) sure is thick.

Thank you to all that responded. Your comments and suggestions and polite
ranting gives me and the rest of the BOT direction for the upcoming year.
