Subject: [Killietalk] Feeding Fp.gardneri (P-82) fry

Hello all,
Apologies if this hits the list twice - tried to send it yesterday and it seems to be lost in cyberspace.
The hubby and I have our first gardneri fry (yes, only one) which is 6 days old. We've been feeding brine shrimp nauplii and microworms and are very excited because the fry is starting to look like a fish now!
Anyway my question is twofold: roughly how old do the fry need to be before they are big enough to handle brine shrimp that are past the first molt, and what is the preferred method of enriching the brine shrimp? Will yeast or phytoplankton suffice or do we need to be thinking more along the lines of selco?
TIA,
Mary
