I'm going to plah devil's advocate. What is the advantage of membership exchanges when parties can pay internationally using credit cards?

Exchange membership works well & should be expanded to all associations in
my view. You pay a foreign subscription to the AKA & your opposite exchange
member pays for a foreign rate in his/her association. Simple arrangement.
