[Killietalk] Amt of Air/Agitation in BBS bottle

Ok, have two 2L bottles going of bbs eggs, how much aeration is required 
so the eggs will hatch, not blow out of the
soda bottle and land on the ceiling and not kill the baby brine?  Right 
now my air connection is going full throttle but
I can attach the plastic gizmos to adjust it down....just need to know 
what is the correct amt of agitation for hatching the eggs?
