In recent years, PetsMart has seemed to have a steady supply. See if 
your local one can special order them for you.

Watch out, tho, as they sometimes send all females to stores that don't 
know any better. Be sure not all have that eyespot at the base of the 
dorsal fin. Only females have it.

BTW, females are much to be preferred over males as algae eaters in 
planted tanks. Males may get tough on other fish and even destroy plants 
if they get too horny.
