That is a little less than half an atmosphere or less than 7 psig. I looked 
at www.dripworks.usa and they say the emitters work at low pressure because 
they are non-compensating, whatever that means. I say try it. If you don't have 
the pump or emitters, let me know and I will try it with what I have.
