Those work fine as do the liquid kids vitamins.  Florida Aqua Farms sells a bag
of vitamin supplement made directly for fish.  One bag lasts years.  I have
never compared actually chemistry with the kids vitamins.  I am sure they are
pretty close to equivalent.  Another supplement is HUFA (Highly Unsaturated
Fatty Acids) which have been shown in a few species of game fish to have a
direct effect on gamate, read egg, production.  This is sold by a few places,
such as brineshrimp direct, under product name SELCO.  All these are great
additives to worm food, fly food, etc. etc.
