Re: [Killietalk] white worm keeper
I soak a slice of "italiano" bread(appears to have some mold resistance) in
reconstituted powdered skim milk. Takes a slice a day typically in the cold
weather but only a couple slices a week in the summer when the room is at
68. The box is a styro from a fish store. "Dirt" is Magic Worm Bedding
from the fishing dept at walmart. Bout two boxes of bedding maybe 6 inches
deep. Just grab the worms in clumps when they finish off the bread, they
sort of "replace" the slice typically. I only grab maybe twice a week, but
usually a golfball size wad total.
