A water change and a table spoon of salt/5 gallons might do wonders 
for the troubled fish. The problem could be a lot worse than just a 
little fungus from a bump, if these two things don't work to help the 
symptom we might want to do more, but start there with a flush of the 
toilet, fresh water and a little salt.
