No substitute for real practice, is there?

Want to test in the shop before buying? Have a friend move a finger around like a fish, behind a not-too-clean piece of glass, while you try to take pics of it. You'll test autofocus, exposure controls, shutter speed, and delay, all before you have been a damned fool, like me, and bought 4 cameras before getting one you really like.

All the best,

Scott
Upload them to the members only area, so we can all see them, then Wright
and Dr. T can give you some pointers and all of us can learn from it.

I, for one, am not sure what kind of tail shots Scott is advertising! :-) Be careful what you ask for. You may get it.

BTW, My comment about free advice being worth every penny meant *my* contributions, not Tony's! His are not only excellent words, well used, but the pics he has provided us show how much work and skill he has put into it.

The few fish shots you have from me are testimony to my lack of patience and diligence.
