I know very little about the area you live in, but could you take
advantage of the cooler ground temperatures in some way? I put my
cool water fish directly on the concrete floor in my basement and it
stays below 70 degrees in the summer. My pools are in the direct sun,
but because they are below ground (2 out of 3 of them), they stay
cool, except at the surface in the hot sun. Can you dig a hole to
make a root cellar type of structure? I have more problem keeping
myself cool than the fish.
