Re: [Killietalk] Re: R/O Question

DI WATER IS WATER PUT THRU A MIXED REISN BED, ONE REISN FOR CATION
ERXCHANGE AND ONE FOR ANIONS. HOME RECHARGING OF THE BED IS KIND OF OUT OF
THE QUESTION. rEQUIRES SEPARATION OF THE RREISNS AND RINSE WITH SOME NASTY
ACIDS AN D BASES. IF YOU HAVE A LIMITED NEED FOR SUCH WATER, YOU CAN GET A
MIXED BED COLUMN FOR ABOUT $20 THAT DOES ABOUT 100+ GAL OF WATER DEPENDING
ON THE MINERAL CONTENT OF YOUR WATER. NOT REAL CHEAP., BUT IF YOU ONLY NEED
A FEW GAL A WEEK, NOT A BAD WAY TO GO. (SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, I HIT THE CAP
KEY IN ERROR.
