Thanks Bill. Note that some systems can't do this. In Mac OSX for example, you have to configure the browser to open the PDF using Reader, outside the browser. Browsers for that OS don't yet support opening them within the browser window. I am sure the great majority of you are using Windows, so Bill's advice is good.
