What trouble are you having exactly?

You should go to the site, click on the Members Only nav bar, click on Enter on the page that explains that you will need to enter your AKA number (with the leading 0) and your password, as indicated on your BNL mailing label, do just that on the following page, then you should see a link to Current F&EL. That should bring it up in PDF format.
