Maybe that is something else that might be made an option, give folks the
option of voting and doing the annual survey via the web?


The questionnaire has been available online in recent years. My understanding is that online submissions exceeded paper, but I will also admit that participation was still weak. You can lead a horse to water, etc.

I have thought about the option of online voting. The issues of security and preventing duplication of voting present a real problem. Maybe some day.
