They have the option to communicate in the way they choose. Historically "they" have not done a good job of it (paper communication). Look at the appalling rate of return of paper questionnaires and voting. Are we to hold back service for the 80%+ of members who do have computers and online access to satisfy the small percentage that chooses not to? Are we to be satisfied with minimal communication when we have a way to maximize it? Should we all stop driving cars because a few Americans prefer to use horses and carriages?


I simply don't think that argument holds water any more. Besides which, nobody in any official position has suggested abandoning the BNL.

I don't mean to sound obnoxious, and apologize if my strong opinion makes me sound that way.
