PS. On the gallery, I have a question. Could we have a time duration for a posting (from a few days or week to forever) that the poster could attach, so the pic clears itself out at a time the original poster thinks is about right? The objective would be to encourage posting photos with interest, even if they shouldn't waste storage space forever.

Don't know why my subject disappeared. I musta dun sumpin rong.

The gallery is already up and running, and two members have posted to it. Go right ahead, Wright!

Re giving the images a set life (get a life, images), I see advantages and disadvantages. I lean away from the idea though. Better to have a moderator who could delete inactive galleries, or asking the owner if they would like to delete. Some galleries will be of long term interest to members, especially, perhaps, new members. They might even have joined so that they could look through those galleries. As for disk space, these days it is cheap and I'd rather have the AKA pay a little extra for their hosting, if necessary, to accommodate this service for the members.

These two issues, and probably others I hope will come soon, will require some help from interested members. I plan soon to implement a page in the Members Only area where various AKA committees can post calls fro voluteer help.
