Hi,
I agree totally Russ, it is very easy for one to find "a better way to do
things",
but to actually get involved in the process , they usually turn and walk
away.
To be totally honest the AKA would NOT be where it is if not for the people
who have DONE the work . The last 10 years has been a period of great
transition for the AKA and I'm sure the next 10 will be even more
interesting.
Ten years ago the AKA was a no web site paper oriented group. Look what you
have today. The AKA has adapted to the changing times, just not fast enough
for some.
As for an AKA sponsored collecting trip: Thumbs down here ! We have enough
reasons for "despising" certain people as it is. A trip such as this would
only cause bad feelings in a variety of ways. The purpose of the AKA is to
sponsor fellowship and promote distribution of information, not create
enemies.
Lets be real , we are just asking for trouble with a venture like this.
Ted
