collecting trip; I guess not!

Hi all,

I've been fallowing the last few days discussions with great interest.

With the status quo of the F&E listing being due to a few who oppose it
being online due to technological difficulties of relative minority, I
see no way AKA ever funding a collecting trip given all the opposition
to it presented so far! You have to be consistent don't you :)

Just stirring!!!

By the way I am planning to go to Turkey, while there if AKA would like
to fund me I'd like to collect Aphanius *wink wink* and if AKA would
like to fund my trip to US I would be happy to come over and visit some
fishrooms attend some meetings and give some power point presentations.
One compelling reason why AKA might want to fund my trip is that I can
communicate with the locals in their native tongue and am familiar with
the local customs (of people!). Therefore I'd be able to sit down with
the village elders have coffee or tea with them (graciously funded by
AKA offcourse!) and ask them how much did the creek change since they
were a child? Now information like that is priceless! :)

Just stirring some more!
