I just had to add one comment:  I am not saying that our scientific members 
have not contributed.  I really appreciate the selfless efforts of those 
individuals and know that they have their hearts in the right place.  I do know that 
some folks feel that there are some condescending attitudes out here.  So, 
lets continue to be nice. If I have ruffled any feathers myself, I apologise in 
advance.
