Hi George
I look at those also when buying feed salt. I would be cautious with them
as most of the supplements added seem to be salts of various metals such as
cooper, selenium and etc. I would think this to be detrimental to the bbs.
The salt I use is often called hay salt. It is made by cargil and is in one
to two millimeter crystals or rocks. I use it for fish water and hatching
brine shrimp.
Let us know what you find out if you try it.
Best fishes
David

<{{{>I hate to change the subject that has been discussed lately,
<{{{>but I will
<{{{>anyhow. I have found two types of salt at our local tractor supply
<{{{>store. One is a rock salt that has been ground fine to be added with
<{{{>animal feed. The other is called Hi-Salt that has trace
<{{{>elements added
<{{{>for animal growth, etc. I Have been considering trying
<{{{>either one for
<{{{>brine shrimp hatching. Has anyone used these products? If so
<{{{>what kind
<{{{>of results have you had?
<{{{>Thanks,
<{{{>George
