Now it is working perfectly. Thanks to you. Now I know how normal it supposed to work.
I realized that there were some snails and snails eggs in diffuser that was stopping the bubbles and making it bigger and bigger. Now .. the bubbles get smaller as they rise. Working great. Riccia seems to be very happy.

shrink noticeably on their way up to the surface, I think because CO2 is
being absorbed by the water, and some dissolve completely. So even though
there's a trail of bubbles to the top, some CO2 makes it into the water.
The plants do seem to notice when it's on, although they don't really
pearl.
