Hi Barry, Maybe they are using the page scrolling bar to the right of the page and not the little arrows where you place your cursor over. Maybe if you put in big letters "use these arrows to scroll" near them, people would more readily notice them. It seems to work with everything I've thrown at it, from Netscape 4.61 on up and all the IE's. I seriously think they just don't see the arrows. How was Africa? Ron
