Snapple, V-8, and Tropicana 1 pt Orange Juice bottles all work real fine. 
Another tip is http://www.allaboutfoam.com where you can order 8 ft lengths of
the exact diameter foam plugs needed to stopper the bottle.

As to the mold inhibitor.

Dr Goldberg posted the correct chemical. The problem is purchasing it.  Outside
of the lab there are restrictions on buying it.  If anyone knows where, please
post.  Acriflavine will work marginally.  To the person who said they are using
Flashman's Yeast as a mold inhibitor, this is NOT a mold inhibitor.  If you are
not using a mold inhibitor in such a recipe and your not getting mold you are
just lucky.

The problems with purchasing the mold inhibitor separately combined with ease
of use have gravitated me toward the Carolina Biologicals product of there
past few years.  Not the cheapest solution but by far the easiest.
