        Your points were explained better than the ones I pointed.
        Once again I ask: Were is the species from? donīt let this killi
maniac sad, make a killi maniac happy.
        I believe that if the person is really sure that it is a new
species, he should really look for a periodic(journals were just exemples)
that are apecialized in descriptions and submit the paper. It the referees
would revise it two or three times and everything is OK. Itīs the way things
should be.
        There is one thing that robert said, that worried me. How do you
know it is a new species?Have you searched all about the family, the genus
and the species? Discover new species is relatiely easy( here in Brazil),
the difficult thing is describe it. it is a tough job.
