stuck fry


I've just had 3 australes hatch today, 2 still waiting to join in the festivities, but one has its entire tail sticking out of the egg while the body is still in the egg. Is it stuck? Do I need to do anything to help it out or will it come off on its own in the next day or so? 
Is this known to happen from time to time?
