Depends on the size of the culture -- If you have a strong culture I mix
one table spoon of sweet potato into a pint of aquarium water and pour it
into a 10-gallon tank each time the water looks clear.  Sometimes I need
to mix more - like 2 tablespoons to a quart of water and add it to the
10-gallon tank.
