Re: Q: Anyone use python water changer for killie-tanks ?

I find a python too strong for anything smaller than a 10, and almost too
strong for a 10. They also jam up easily with plants and peat moss. You might
replace the small siphon bucket with a 40?-gallon rolling wheeled barrel,
available at industrial supply stores. I think they're about $75, but I find
it more convenient to siphon from high tanks (on a stepladder) into this big
barrel, and then when the barrel is mostly filled, to just roll it out to the
door for tipping and dumping into my yard.
