Well I think you have never been on the small island of Malta!!
where the sun always shines    [not always but we prefer it this way!]
and where the climate is always hot  [least this year 14degree centigrade]

This species must be very cold-tolerant. The northern Mediterranean is
really
frigid in my opinion, and only the local people from Monaco and France (and
maybe other Europeans) swim in it. And not many of them. BTW, the only
topless swimmers I saw were about my age (old enough for social security)
and
of indeterminate sex. If you go, leave your cameras home.
