So you are saying that Bettas and Paradise fish are not born aggressive and territorial? I suppose it makes sense. You spend weeks or even months in a little tank that you learn over time is all your own, suddenly another fish is thrown into the mix, into your tank. I'd be a little upset if I lived in a small apartment for a year or 2 and then some guy that I didn't know at all just decided to move in and get in my way all the time :)
