Fp. batesii Yop

I recently aquired a pair of Fp. batessi Yop (Thanks Bob), and would like 
to know if anyone had any recommendations on how to breed them.

I have been told to water incubate over peat for 30 days.
I have also been told to dry the peat and store for 12-20 weeks.

Are we talking about the same fish?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
