just my thoughts

Being new to the AKA I look forward to to the F&EL every month. I use at
as reference point and to check out what may possibly be my next fish. I
save them all. However, I've only used once to acquire one of my first pairs
of fish. I buy and sell most of my fish at local auctions where they
generally sell for $15-$20 with some type of split. When I sell at lfs I
ask $5 cash more for credit.
Now in a position where I sometimes have 10-15 prs of fish available I've
been contemplating listing in th BNL or trying aquabid
BNL pro's- set price, fish go to good homes, dealing with reasonable
people (hopefully)
cons- set price, will I get boxes too late?, is there a ddemand in
the AKA for gardneri and australes?
Aquabid pro's- sell more auction style?, big market
cons- paypal/ reference problems?, leery of dealing with general
public(buying fish)
Seems to me that if the AKA offered a site where only memebers could list
but the public could buy my cons disappear esp. if the AKA dealt with the
money(fee?). The public would have access to quality killies that are AKA
sanctioned and properly identified while being able to oggle all the fish
pics at the site.
These are just some of my thoughts with many problems still left
unanswered.

Whenever someone asks oabout my fish I always direct tham to the AKA website
which was always excellent and amazingly is now even better.
