This beating  of the F&EL horse is mild. You should just look past it and 
gleen what you think is interesting to comment on. I for one think that this 
is a good issue to carry on as long as I like. If you dont like it. Skip it. 
Atleast we can discuss it to the point so our BOT can work from our concerns. 
It is better than a change taking place without imput from us. So, I think
